Privacy policy

Version of 21 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data the «СтоСяйв» online store (stosyaiv.com) collects, why and how we use it. The controller of personal data is Sole proprietor (FOP) ВЕРІЖЕНКО АНАСТАСІЯ ОЛЕКСАНДРІВНА. We process data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

What data we collect

  • When you place an order: first and last name, phone number, email (optional), city and branch or delivery address, order contents and total, chosen payment method.
  • When you sign up or sign in: name, phone, email. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile photo from Google — we have no access to your Google account password.
  • When you request a callback: your phone number.
  • Technical data: cookies and browser local storage needed for the cart, favourites and signing in.

We do not receive or store bank card details.

Why we use the data

  • to process, confirm, take payment for and deliver your order;
  • to contact you about an order, exchange or return;
  • so that you can see your order history in your account and track orders;
  • to keep sales records as required by law.

We do not send marketing emails without your separate consent and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Who we share data with

  • delivery services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta) — name, phone and delivery address, only to deliver the order;
  • technical service providers whose servers run the website and store the data (hosting and database) — to the extent needed for the website to work;
  • government authorities — only where expressly required by law.

How long we keep data

Order data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order, meet warranty obligations and keep records as required by law. Account data is kept while you use the account or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • know what data of yours we process and receive a copy of it;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data or restriction of its processing, unless the law requires us to keep it;
  • withdraw your consent to data processing;
  • contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court if you believe your rights have been violated.

How to contact us

For questions about personal data, call or message us on +38 (099) 000 95 45. Other contacts are on the “Contacts” page.
