We deliver orders all over Ukraine:
- Nova Poshta — to a branch or parcel locker;
- Nova Poshta — by courier to your address;
- Ukrposhta — to a branch.
You choose the delivery method at checkout.

Delivery
Delivery cost
The buyer pays for delivery on receipt, at the carrier's rates. From 4 000 ₴, delivery is free for you.
Important! Free delivery applies to orders from 4 000 ₴.
Dispatch and delivery times
We'll call or message you to confirm the order and ship it as soon as possible. After dispatch you'll receive a tracking number. Nova Poshta usually delivers in 1–3 days, Ukrposhta takes a little longer.
Order tracking
You can check the order status on the order tracking page using your order number and phone. The parcel can also be tracked by its tracking number in the carrier's app.
Gift packaging
Every piece is sent in a branded «СтоСяйв» box — free of charge. It's ready to give as a gift.
Payment
Cash on delivery
You pay at the branch or to the courier when you receive the parcel (cash on delivery). The carrier charges a money transfer fee at its own rates.
Bank transfer (IBAN)
After checkout you'll see the payment details — you can copy them into your banking app. Put your order number in the payment reference.
We'll ship your order as soon as the payment arrives.
Inspection on receipt
We recommend inspecting the parcel at the branch before you leave the counter. If the packaging or the piece is damaged, ask the post office staff to draw up a report and let us know. Exchange terms are on the Exchanges & returns page.
