How to find your ring size at home

The most common reason for returns when buying a ring online is getting the size wrong. Fortunately, you can measure it at home in a few minutes without any special tools.
Method 1: a thread or a strip of paper. Wrap a thread around the base of your finger where a ring usually sits, mark where it meets and measure the length with a ruler in millimetres. That number is your finger circumference, which you can easily match to a size in the chart.
Method 2: using a ring you already own. If you have a ring that fits the right finger well, measure its inner diameter with a ruler — from one inner edge to the opposite one — and compare it with the standard size chart.
A few important tips: measure in the evening, when your fingers are slightly swollen from the day's activity — that way the ring won't turn out too small. Also consider the width of the piece: chunky rings and rings with a wide band fit more snugly, so it's worth rounding up for them.
If you're unsure between two sizes, you'll find a detailed conversion chart on the Ring size chart page. And you can pick ready-made designs right away in the СтоСяйв rings catalogue.
